Shareholder of the film company “Karoprokat” became the owner of terminals on the Caspian Sea

The owner of the grain and oil terminals of the Olya port on the Caspian Sea was Alexander Shishkin, who owns 1% of the film distributor Karoprokat. After the reorganization, the share of businessman Dzhamaldin Pashayev in the Olya port fell below the controlling interest

Businessman Alexander Shishkin became a co-owner of Grain Terminal LLC and Oil Loading Terminal LLC, which were separated from Olya Commercial Sea Port JSC in the Astrakhan Region, according to data in the SPARK database.

The reorganization procedure of Olya Commercial Sea Port, of which businessman Dzhamaldin Pashayev is a shareholder, began on July 26, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Grain Terminal and Oil Loading Terminal were registered by tax authorities on November 12. Pashayev withdrew from the capital of both companies — Shishkin became their sole beneficiary. There is no information about the shareholders of Olya Commercial Sea Port itself in public sources. Pashayev retained a non-controlling stake in the Olya Sea Trade Port, says a source in the logistics industry for RBC.

“Pashayev’s share following the deal is less than 50%. He is not involved in the operational management of the company,” he said.
