There are many cases of spontaneous destruction of the entire building or its structural parts, which led to damage to property and, moreover, the death of people. The foundation of buildings requires special scrupulousness, since the stability of the entire structure and the life of the entire structure depends on its quality. As a result, the most popular service is an examination of the foundation, especially at present, when the volumes and terms of construction are increasing, and competition among manufacturers of building materials is growing. The examination of the foundation can be divided into two types. The first group is an examination of the foundations of old buildings. It is necessary in several cases. The second group of foundation examinations is for new buildings. It is best to make them at each of the stages of construction in order to monitor possible negative changes in the quality of the foundation, because the number of storeys of buildings directly affects this.
