How soon you can translate all the documentation into an electronic version
Particularly convenient was the transfer to the information resources management system of such important content as executive documentation.
A huge number of papers that this set of material is overgrown with during the construction of facilities often led to some bureaucratic confusion. But today it became possible to translate it completely into electronic form and use flexible search systems for the necessary information.
Unfortunately, so far the transfer of all documents into the electronic form is impossible: according to the current legislation, part of the documents should be presented in paper form without fail. The development of the system of digital signatures should remove this problem in the next 10-15 years.
