2) the deputy head of the repair and construction workshop, which are in charge of: a) a technical bureau and an estimate group; b) accounting of economic inventory for the plant; c) cleaning and maintenance of the territory, buildings and premises of a general nature, landscaping, etc. D.
These are the general provisions, relationships and the structure of the organization of the repair and construction workshop. The main documents for organizing the repair of buildings and structures, in addition to constant observation data, are acts of factory commissions; These commissions carry out an annual qualified inspection of buildings and structures. For each building assigned to a certain workshop, a detailed defective sheet is drawn up, which indicates the identified defects and all the necessary work to eliminate them, as well as the terms of work, and these terms (with the exception of emergency) should be established with such a calculation as to create uniform loading of workers of the repair and construction workshop.
The factory commission, conducting the inspection of buildings, should establish:
1) the general condition of the structures and elements of buildings and structures, the need and timing of the repair, responsible performers, as well as determine the type of repair (current, medium, capital);
2) the shortcomings and measures for the operational regime of buildings and structures;
3) the willingness of the building for operation in certain periods of the year (in winter, autumn, etc. D.).
