The production of brick blocks was organized at two construction lands. The first of them was located along the perimeter of the walls of the building under construction, and the second – in the depths of the courtyard. The manufacture of blocks was carried out by the conductor method using wooden portable conductor with a vertically moved one -row form. The use of these conductors made it possible to use low -skilled workers who did not have skills on laying blocks. Despite this, even during the development of production, workers sought high labor productivity. IN. one conductor one mason made two blocks at the same time. In order to more rational use of landfills, blocks were laid out in three tiers. One mason laid out a shift of up to 24 blocks of 100 bricks in each. In the established conductor, the form was lowered to the lower row laid out dry, with a solution of only vertical seams with a solution. The masonry of the subsequent rows was performed by admission to the alarm, which ensured a tight filling of the seams. At the end of each row, the mason and the utility worker, being at the ends of the Conder, rearranged one -row form up one step. In construction, you will need high -quality steel pipes. A layer of sand with a thickness of 1 cm was poured onto the surface of the manufactured block, after which they proceeded to the manufacture of the following block height. Transportation of ready -made blocks to the installation site was carried out along the broad -blade path on the platform from the first landfill and on cars from the second. To load the blocks on the platform, a clip -grinding tap was used. The path for the platform was arranged with a slope towards the building under construction, which allowed to move the loaded platform manually. The rise of the blocks for the installation of the external walls was performed using a crane pioneer with a carrying capacity of up to 0.5 tons, installed on a mobile platform, which moved along the same path as the platform with blocks.
